The Police Benevolent Foundation recently completed its scholarship selection process. Nineteen recipients were selected from 10 states to receive awards. Matthew McPeak, president of the Andrew Jackson Chapter of the Tennessee Police Benevolent Association, presents a check to Abagayle Apple.
